to 22 Scholarships will be available to commencing undergraduate or
postgraduate international students each year, consisting of
Higher Degree by Research scholarships equivalent to the full-time
fees1 and stipend2 for the recipient’s enrolling in a Masters by
Research or Doctoral course of study;
20 undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships equivalent to
one-half of the full-time fees1 for the recipient’s course of
scholarship will be awarded for the duration of the recipient’s
course, subject to satisfactory academic progress.
students in undergraduate or postgraduate coursework programs, the
scholarship relieves the recipient from payment of half of the
course fees, according to the scholarship awarded. It does not
provide a living allowance.
students in research programs who are also in receipt of an
Australian government-funded tuition fee scholarship, the
scholarship provides a living allowance of equivalent value to
that of an APA stipend in the case of a full scholarship.
be a citizen of Australia or New Zealand;
gained and formally accepted a place in an undergraduate or
postgraduate program at Australian Catholic University (ACU);
at the relevant ACU campus as a full-time student;
be in receipt of another major scholarship or award4;
be attending ACU as a Study Abroad or Exchange student.
of the applicant’s course of study at ACU;
of academic merit including achievement of an average of at least
80% across the applicant’s secondary study5 (for undergraduate
students) or undergraduate study (for postgraduate students),
whether at ACU or elsewhere.
