Description

  • The Department of Economics and the Hausdorff Center for Mathematics at the University of Bonn offer Post-doc Research position.

Post-doc Researcher

  • In microeconomic theory. The project is concerned with the dynamics of individual decisions under uncertainty and the resulting equilibrium processes.
  • Applications range from financial markets to industrial organization and information economics.
  • Applicants should have completed a Ph.D. in Economics or a related subject and should have good English writing and communication skills.
  • An interest in dynamic games, their mathematical foundations and/or their applications would be welcome, but is no prerequisite.
  • The positions are available immediately for an initial period of two years, after which an extension is possible.
  • Salary and benefits are according to a public service position in Germany (E13 TV-L, fulltime position).
  • Funds for travel and guests are available.
  • One of the two positions includes teaching responsibilities. The University of Bonn is an equal opportunities employer.
