Scholarship covers: The scholarships will provide contribution to maintenance and/or tuition fee waiver of £3,000.


The Pegge Scholarship is available to support a student on the MSc in Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems.

Due to a generous donation from Sussex alumnus Andrew Pegge, the Pegge Scholarship is awarded annually to an MSc Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems student showing high academic ability and potential.

The scholarship takes the form of a contribution towards tuition fees and also possibly maintenance – at the discretion of the awarding committee.


Pegge Scholarship

‣ Normally at least an upper second-class (or, in some subjects, a lower second-class) undergraduate honours degree or other professional qualification or experience of equivalent standing.

‣ All nonnative English speakers will also need to provide evidence of suitable English language ability.

Eligiblity Criteria:

‣ The award will be made based on the information provided on the Sussex online application form for the Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems MSc course.


‣ The successful candidate will be notified by 01 August 2014.
