Scholarship Application Method
The scholarship application has to be made online and it consists of two steps. We encourage you to apply for scholarships as soon as possible, but no later than 16 January 2017, since this will greatly expedite the assessment process. However, there is no correlation between how early an application is made and the likelihood of receiving a scholarship.
NOTE! Before applying for scholarships administered by Chalmers you must first make an online application to one or several Master’s programmes at Chalmers through the website universityadmissions.se (see section 1-3 above).
Without the 7 digit application number that you will receive after having made the Master's programme application you will not be able to apply for any of the scholarships offered by Chalmers.

Please note that the electronic application form is used only for the scholarships awarded by Chalmers. You may apply for multiple scholarships provided that the eligibility requirements are fulfilled. All submitted data must be verifiable against the documents received by University Admissions in Sweden as part of your Master's programme application at universityadmissions.se.
The only exception is additional data required by Chalmers when applying for the
Sievert Larsson Scholarship (available to Thai citizens only)
Soon after you have submitted the online form (step 1), you will be sent a personal link to the scholarship application form. Please note that it may take a few days until you receive the link. If you have not received it, please check your junk mail.
Make sure that you have your application number (7 digits) at hand, from when you made your online application to a Master's programme at universityadmissions.se, as you will be required to fill it in. In this step you will also be prompted to submit a letter of intent/motivation so if you haven't done it already, be sure to do so by uploading it into your personal account at universityadmissions.se

If you do not have all necessary information at hand to complete all steps of the electronic application form, your scholarship application may not be considered.
Notification and mandatory confirmation requirement
Scholarship notifications will be sent out by Chalmers between March and Mid-April. In order to keep your scholarship, you have to accept the offered study place on your account at University Admissions. Make sure you do so by the specified deadline.
